In Greene County magistrate court a judgment for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge was entered Dec. 1 against Erich A. Palait Jr of Scranton on a charge of theft- fifth degree. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Todd Allen Cleverley of Washington, theft- fifth degree; and Tammy Ann Tolsdorf of Grand Junction, possession of drug paraphernalia.
